The concept of this 600 sq.m. restaurant is that of a gourmet market & eatery, with an emphasis and natural, fresh and authentic food and design. An raw industrial aesthetic defines the space, with concrete floors and old recycled wood used throughout.

The restaurant is divided into 3 zones, indoor, “outdoor” and a central island, with various stations/markets stands that retail ready to go food products distributed throughout the space, each with a distinct design. The Bakery station incorporates classic upmarket elements such as paneling and black and white floors, while the cheese and dries meats station features rough stone and raw wood. The beverage bar sells fresh fruit juices and healthy cocktails, and thus utilizes wooden crates and boxes in its design, emphasizing the “farm fresh market” concept behind the project.
